Return & Refund Policy page
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. For example, if your order arrives on December 1st, you can request a return up until December 8th. Please note that returns will not be accepted if the item is simply “no longer needed.”
Return Conditions
Eligible Returns: All items must be returned in their original condition. This means they should be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging, with all seals, tags, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
Quality Check: Once we receive a return, it will undergo a quality inspection to ensure it meets the above conditions. If the product does not pass this inspection, we reserve the right to return it to you.
Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched.
After Dispatch: If your order is delivered before you can cancel it, please note that simply refusing delivery does not count as a cancellation.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued after a successful quality check and processed through the following methods:
Store Credit: Processed within 1-2 business days.
Bank Deposit: Processed within 7-12 business days.
Credit Card Reversal: Processed within 1-3 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

All sale items
If Your Return Request Is Not Approved
Should your return request be declined, we will provide you with a detailed explanation. In this case, your product will be sent back to you at no additional shipping cost.
